MIXPAC ME Static Mixer for Meter mix dispense equipment

The MIXPAC ME plastic disposable static mixer, when used with meter mix dispense equipment, provides a low cost solution for two-component mixing. The mixers are used with equipment from Ashby-Cross, Liquid Control, Dopag, IJ Fisnar and other manufacturers. The mixer element is molded of polyacetal to withstand the higher pressures of meter mix machines. Mixers can be used with many types of epoxy, silicone, acrylic and urethane two part reactive systems.

STATOMIX® ME series mixers are also available with support washers. The washer will prevent the elements from extruding out the end of the housing when working with high-pressure applications.

NOTE: The only functional difference between ME series and MS series is the inner diameter of the bell mount housing: ME = .625 and MS = .657 (See illustration below)
