Ashby Cross AC Table Top Pneumatic Dispenser

Asbhy Cross AC Series two-part epoxy cartridge dispensing system are a low cost alternative to expensive meter, mix and dispensing (MMD) systems. Foot pedal operation allows the operator to work "hands-free". Features of this unit include adjustable height and angle rotation, and a drip-prevention pinch valve. Dispensers available range from 50 ml to 1500 ml, in many ratios.

Note: The ShotGun™ table top dispenser has been discontinued.

Dispenses both controlled single shots and continuous beads
Accommodates cartridge volumes in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 ratio.
Swivel gun mount, and overall height adjustment for most convenient work position
Pinch-off valve assures accurate and dripless dispensing

Mode of Operation

Mode 1 The timer allows the operator to set the shot size.
Mode 2 The timer controls the pinch-off valve which assures dripless dispensing.
Manual Dispensing occurs as long as the foot pedal is depressed.
