Ashby Cross AC and MIXPAC DXB Table Top Pneumatic Epoxy Cartridge Dispensers

MIXPAC DXB and the Asbhy Cross AC Series two-part epoxy cartridge dispensing system fill the void between hand-held  and expensive bulk meter, mix and dispensing (MMD) systems. Features include hands free, foot pedal operation, adjustable height and angle rotation, drip-prevention pinch-off valve and an optional 30" x 24" high-density polyethylene (HDPE) work table. Dispensers available range from 50 ml to 1500 ml, in many ratios.

Note: The ShotGun™ table top dispenser has been discontinued.

• Multi-function power entry module (115 vac/250 vac) allows use anywhere in the world
• Standard  100 psi air hookup
• Dispenses both controlled single shots and continuous beads
• Accommodates 200 ml or 400 ml guns and adhesive cartridges in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 ratio cartridges
• Swivel gun mount, and overall height adjustment for most convenient work position
• Pinch-off valve assures accurate and dripless dispensing

Mode of Operation

• Mode 1  The timer controls the stroke of the dispensing gun, thus allowing the operator to set the shot size.
• Mode 2  The timer controls the pinch-off valve which assures dripless dispensing of low viscosity adhesives.
• Manual Dispensing occurs as long as the foot pedal is depressed.
