Adhesive Dispensing and Mixing Accessories

We offer accessories for adhesive mixing and dispensing systems:

• Shrouds are used to prevent mixer wall expansion
• Luer Lock Adapters attach dispensing needles to mixer
• Spreader Tips dispense "ribbon beads" of product

Shrouds for static mixers

These shrouds can be used with static mixers on all meter mix machines. If a shroud is not used, the mixer housing can expand under high pressure, allowing the catalyst or resin components to bypass the mixer elements, thus preventing an optimal mixture. Shrouds should be used at all times for safety reasons. Shrouds are made of aluminum with an anodized finish. For product details, consult the data sheet: SH Series Shrouds

Ribbon Spreader Tip

The Ribbon Spreader Tip applies a 1.5" bead of adhesives from a special 3/8" x 24-element mixer. The Ribbon Tip can rotate 360‘ for easy adhesive application. The Ribbon Tip and Ribbon Tip Mixer must be ordered separately.

Luer Lock Adapters

Luer Lock Adapters allow easy attachment of dispensing needles for precise application of two-component adhesives, allowing fine bead control and the ability to apply adhesives in difficult to reach areas. These  Luer Lock Adapters easily self-thread onto the stepped end of the mixers. Adapters fit most standard needles.
