This design was developed for a two-component toothpaste application. Intended to compete with the Metadent package of peroxide and baking soda, this unit was designed and prototyped but never commercialized. The package is unique. The two reservoirs are molded on one half and the corresponding plungers are molded on the other half; the dual outlet is located on the back face. The assembly is then folded together and the respective plungers engage the opposite reservoir. After the unit is collapsed and the air evacuated, the package can be backfilled with the desired fluids.

This unique design consists of a complete cartridge which is molded in a single operation. The two reservoirs are molded in one half and the corresponding plungers are molded in the other half. The common outlet is on the back face. The assembly
is folded together and back filled with two components.
Dual Pump system with variable ratio sector available from German customer. One reservoir contains 2 UV sun screen. The other contains 30 UV product. Sector dial used to select preferred UV rating from 1 to 30. Individual reservoirs can be replaced.
Disposable syringes system uses two 1.0 ml syringes that are filled separately. The filled syringes are installed into the dual holder which incorporates a manifold, mixer body and needle. Contents are dispensed manually.
Working with a German company, TAH has developed this manual syringe which is intended for single use applications. Ideal for in situ medical or dental applications.
